Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Information & Graphic Designer to collaborate with project teams in organizing and presenting complex information through engaging visual content. You will create infographics, illustrations, and other multimedia materials that align with client brand standards. Additionally, you will support the production of 2D animations, video editing, and social media graphics, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design principles.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Visualize Complex Information: Collaborate with project teams to organize and present complex information visually, creating supporting graphics that enhance understanding and engagement.
  • Design and Adhere to Brand Standards: Follow established client brand and style guides, contributing to the application and ensuring consistency and quality across project materials.
  • Develop Infographics and Visual Content: Transform content and data into clear, impactful communications, including inforgraphics, illustrations, map-based graphics, and public information materials.
  • Support Multimedia Content Creation: Assist in producing diverse multimedia content, such as 2D animations, basic video editing, and social media graphics, aligned with client-style standards.
  • Deliver High-Quality Work: Consistently produce high-quality designs while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in graphic design, information design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with the principles of design and an affinity for desktop publishing.
  • Desire to complete projects on time with minimal revisions.
  • Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics, specifically Premiere Pro and/or AfterEffects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional training or certification in graphic design.
  • General knowledge about infrastructure and civil engineering is beneficial, but not required.
